Authentic and Original as there is no other band like it at the moment. Yes that is right!
The Drive Thru Roses, are a duo formed in Melbourne in 2015, consisting of Sharka with soulful and down to earth Vocals and trippy Guitar groves and David Thomas on galactic.... Guitar and Drums. The Drive Thru Roses create mesmerising music which you can lose yourself to. A colourful and undefinable mix of many genres, is what makes this band unique and out of this world. Influenced by bands such as of Radio Head, The Flaming Lips, Beck, The Cure, (and the likes of). The Drive Thru Roses are a little bit similar to Courtney Barnett, Tame Impala, Tash Sultana, Cat Clyde, PJ Harvey, Dope Lemon, Grimmes.......similar but not really....because The Drive Thru Roses are Original with a capital O and there is no other band like it at the moment so stay tuned! Currently in the process of recording their new album which will be released Jan 2018. |
